Stuart Frost – Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Stu Frost is the Founder and CEO of Geminos Software, with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling data, analytics, and AI companies. Throughout his career, he has focused on turning complex data systems into practical, enterprise-ready solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Stu began his entrepreneurial journey at age 26 when he founded SELECT Software Tools, a data management company that grew rapidly and went public on NASDAQ in 1996. He later founded DATAllegro, a pioneer in scalable data warehousing, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2008 for $275 million.

Following the acquisition, Stu Frost joined Microsoft, where he led the company’s data warehousing business, helping grow it into an approximately $1 billion revenue segment. During his time at Microsoft, he worked at the forefront of enterprise data infrastructure, contributing to the evolution of large-scale analytics platforms used by global organizations.

After leaving Microsoft, Stu founded and led an incubator focused on building AI-driven companies in industrial and healthcare sectors. Over the past eight years, he has created and supported several AI ventures, including Maana, NarrativeWave, PingThings, and SWARM, each focused on applying advanced analytics and machine learning to complex, real-world environments.

Through this work, Stu Frost became increasingly focused on a critical gap in enterprise AI: while organizations were investing heavily in models and data, they continued to struggle to translate AI outputs into reliable, real-world decisions. This insight led him to found Geminos Software.
At Geminos, Stu is focused on advancing decision intelligence—combining structured enterprise knowledge with data-driven reasoning to help organizations make faster, more consistent, and more reliable decisions at scale. His work centers on building systems that enterprises can deploy, and continuously improve over time.
